We really enjoyed quiet and cosy rooms and cheap food.
The hotel has stunning and incredible location close enough to overground train station, the airport and a quiet area. Tried some takeout specials at Brockley's Rock, luckily it was at a short distance from the venue. The room we had included iron/ironing board, a work desk, and a TV set. It overlooked garden and had an exceptionally comfortable bed.

We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. the comfortable bed, heavenly shower, and spotlessly clean facilities were perfect for our needs. the towels were changed every two days, which was a nice touch. the host, Elan, was very considerate and went above and beyond to accommodate our preferences. He even provided Assam teabags and a wide range of teas and coffees for self-service. the guesthouse also had good transport links, with the 21 bus recommended by Elan taking us to the center in about forty minutes. We truly enjoyed our time here.

The hotel had great transportation links by the underground, allowing us to easily travel downtown. The staff were incredibly accommodating and the breakfast was fantastic. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive.
